DEMOREST, Ga.—Agnes Scott saw its tough stretch continue with a 9-0 loss to division-leading Piedmont on Saturday afternoon.
Damira Augustin (Dacula, Ga.) hung tough against defending USA South Rookie of the Year Caroline Connelly, but ultimately fell in straight sets 6-4, 6-2.
The Scotties head to Macon on Tuesday to play with rival Wesleyan. Both teams are still in search of their first victory of the season.
