Eric Struble

Eric Struble was named as head women's soccer coach in July of 2017.

In his two seasons as head coach of the ASC soccer program, Struble has reached the USA South postseason in both 2017 and 2018. The Scotties won four games in each season but managed to take the sixth seed in the West Division both times. Under Stuble's watch, Agnes Scott has transformed itself into a possession-heavy program that helped Zoey Perchaluk earn a USA South accolade following her junior season in 2017.

Struble takes over the Agnes Scott program after finishing off two years as the graduate assistant of the program at Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts. During his time at Smith College, Struble helped the Pioneers to a 15-14-10 record overall including a NEWMAC tournament appearance. While at Smith, Struble also helped coach the NEWMAC's leading point scorer in 2016, produce two All-NEWMAC selections, and helped the Pioneers to the best start in school history in 2016 with a seven-game unbeaten streak.

Struble went to Smith after spending the spring of 2015 as the interim head coach at Sweet Briar College. Prior to that, Struble served as the head assistant coach at Sweet Briar for three years. During his time with the program, the Sweet Briar team equaled or bettered program marks for wins, ODAC victories, winning percentage and shutouts. This included a 5-2 opening month and the first 4-0 start in school history during the 2014 season.

Struble also spent four years as the head assistant coach for the varsity girls soccer team at Altavista Combined School. During his time with the program, Altavista amassed a 43-18-2 record and made two regional playoff appearances.

Struble is a 2011 graduate of Randolph College where he received a degree in Classical Archaeology. As an undergraduate at Randolph, he was a four-year varsity player and part of the initial recruiting class for the men's soccer team. He earned his Masters of Science in Exercise and Sport Studies from Smith College in 2017.

Struble holds a USSF National 'C' License as well as an NSCAA Goalkeeping II License.
